Mechanized Moulding Line

This type green sand moulding line with open layout and mold conveyor has rational structure, compact arrangement and footprint. This moulding line adopts the jolt-squeeze moulding machine, multi-piston moulding machine, mould conveyer to pouring and cooling. Using the PLC control to operate, it transfers the sand mould between moulding machine and cooling section through transition trolley and makes moulding, core setting, flask closure, pouring in a main line but cooling in other lines.
