Automatic Moulding Line

Automatic and semi-automated green sand moulding line can be equipped with hydraulic multi-piston moulding machine, hydraulic flat compaction moulding machine or pneumatic multi-piston moulding machine to complete the wiring. The whole line consists of core sand, moulding, core setting, pouring and cooling section. With the PLC, it is driven by hydraulic or motor reducer drive across the board. This line can effectively improve the quality of castings, working environment and reduces labor.
