Foundry Moulding Boxes with structure welding

Foundrymatic has rich experience in manufacture of flasks and pallet cars. We have provided flasks and pallet cars for various moulding lines including: automatic, semi-automatic and mechanized moulding lines. Automatic moulding lines includes KW, HWS, ＋GF＋, SINTO, FA, FH etc.

Moulding line with flask is the necessary equipment for automation and semi-automated modeling line workshop. We use advanced CNC machine tools for processing and CMM for size testing, which can ensure the accurate dimension and interchangeability. The material is ductile iron, high-grade gray cast iron or steel plate welding, with a good rigidity, high pressure impact and other characteristics. According to customer requirements, we design and manufacture a variety of specifications of flasks, or according to customer drawings and technical requirements.

Sizes we can produce are from 300mm to 2200mm.
